Changes

I guess change is inevitable and I cannot fight it. No matter how hard I resist, I must change with the times and situations in order to adapt.

Someone told me I'm too nice. And this came from someone who hardly knew me. And though as much as I want to take his comment as a compliment, being too nice isn't always a good thing.

One thing I should have learned by now is this life is cruel and unfair and I shouldn't take things lying down. I need to be gritty, down and dirty. I need to have a heart of steel and lead with an iron fist.

I should stay mad at the people who've done me wrong and not always give in to my feelings about them. I need to be angry. I need to stay angry.

I need to change. No more mister nice guy. Nice guys always finish last.
