FuZ Off Bitchez!

So it's been a while since I stepped onto the club scene. Lately my minds been haunted by the past. I mean I had no problem going clubbing back when I was single. And I dont think I should have a problem with it now. Just bad experiences with the whole club scene with someone I cared about keeps creeping back into my head now that Im with that person again. Should I let these memories keep me from hanging out with my friends? Or should I erase these memories along with the lessons I have learned. I find it a bit unfair that I am now burdened with these painful memories. I found myself stronger when I was on my own. And now that Im not... Im not so sure. There are times that I feel that love makes a person weak. Funny how a person can find strength in love and feel so vulnerable at the same time. I learned to draw my strength elsewhere. I hope I can find it... again. We'll see how this one goes...

P.S. I hate FuZ!

Disneyland

Enter the Magic Kingdom

Here we are at Disneyland coming straight from California Adventure. Came by to get Bridgette so she can join us on all the fun. We ate at the Plaza Inn or something like that. I had dried steak and Ervin had the fried chicken.

Celebrate!

Good times

Here we are watching the Celebrate-something-Parade. It was ok, but I thought parades looked better at night time because they were all lit up.

Going up Tarzan's Treehouse was an exercise. Up and down those stairs worked out my calves. The view from the top of the treehouse was great though.

Here we are waiting in line for Splash Mountain. The wait wasn't the bad. It was about 30-40 minute wait. The ride is always great. Of course someone always gets soaked, and this time it was Raymond, LOL! Way to go Raymond for sitting all the way in the front, LOL!

We headed to Big Thunder Railroad Mountain just to get dried up. The wait for these rides were great. It was a 15-minute wait.

Here we go...

Weeeee...!

That was great!

Hi!

Taking a break from all the big rides, we decided to stop by The Mad Hatter's place. We tried on different hats and I ended up buying one that lit up, LOL. It cost me 40 bones, but this one is for life, lol.

Hey you!

By the time we got out of the store, it started getting ready dark, so we decided to just head back to the front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle and wait out the fireworks. Ervin and I got into this whole Disney Pin Collecting thing. Great... another hobby, LoL. It's okay I guess. It's not often we go to Disneyland. Mainstreet USA was packed. It was filled with people waiting for the fireworks. Tinkerbell opened the fireworks show, followed by an appearance of Dumbo. Seeing Dumbo fly brought tears to my eyes.

After catching the Indiana Jones ride last minute, we hurried out and speed walked to watch Fantasmic. This is the first time I saw Fantasmic and it was great. My legs hurt from all the tip toeing though, haha.

Time to end a wonderful day. We all had work the next day and it was close to midnight.

So long Disneyland

Til next time...

Sorry I did not get to post these earlier, I have been extremely busy with work. But here they are!

California Adventure

Welcome to California Adventure

The 4 Mouseketeers

Taken by the Disney photographer

She made us point to the floor

Raymond and Don

This Father's Day weekend, we decided to hit up Disneyland and California Adventures, thanks to Kuya Darvie for hooking us up. Im surprised it wasn't packed for Father's Day, but then again, it was a Sunday. And all 4 of us had work the next day. But who cares? Today is all about being a kid again. This is Don's first time at Disneyland, yeay!

Here comes the sun

The Hollywood Backlot

Don walking the streets

Road kill

Our first stop was The Twilight Zone's Tower of Terror. This is a fun ride. You ride an elevator about 10-13 stories high and it suddenly drops you, LoL.

Tower of Terror

Waiting in the lobby

Don was scared

We made it out alive

The Tower of Terror was awesome. The line was only 15 minutes long. We had a funny, weird, bordering on gay bellhop that strapped us in the elevator. I should have taken a picture of him, lol... he was funny. He reminded me very much of Pee-Wee Herman, lol. The picture on the ride was great. I will post them later.

Next stop, The Aladdin stage play

Waiting for it to start

Im looking at the theater ceiling

The gang waiting for the show to begin

Jasmine and Aladdin

Aladdin was cute. Raymond had been hoping it was the asian guy that was going to play Aladdin, and it was. He looked kinda filipino. Jasmine looked pretty. It was a 40-minute show. It was kinda long for a "theme-park" show.

Chasing waterfalls

Getting ready for the shot

And pose...

And pose again...

Enjoying nature and the man-made waterfalls. This was a nice spot to take pictures. Hearing all that water crashing down, while the gentle sun hits your face. I love man-made nature.

Ervin and Mark in line for California Screamin

Don and Raymond

Flippin out

Gasp

Don was hungry

We're on the ride, yeay!

California Screamin was a great rollercoaster. It was alot smoother than I had remembered it to be. Smoother than some of Magic Mountain's rides.

On the Paradise Pier

On the Maliboomer

An awesome ride

The Maliboomer was another awesome ride. Don was scared to go on it, but with a lil coaxing and help from the girl who was working the line, Don mustered up enough courage to go on the ride. Don was praying the whole time, LoL!

The Giant Mouse Wheel

Paradise Bay undergoing a facelift

The Paradise Bay in California Adveture is going under major reconstruction. Im guessing they want it to have dancing fountains like Bellagio in Las Vegas, NV.

Who's that?

On Bear Mountain

Just me

Just Don

Heading down Bear Mountain and back out to head to Disneyland. It was a fun trip California Adventures. I hope next time there will be more to see and more to do.
